Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Summary

We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund on all paid vHire subscription plans purchased from vhire.com and our tenant subdomains. If you are not satisfied with your subscription within seven (7) calendar days of payment, you may request a full refund — no justification required.

2. Eligibility

  • The refund window is seven (7) calendar days from the date of the original payment that activated the subscription.
  • One-off credit-pack purchases (assessment credits) are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits from the same purchase remain refundable within the seven-day window.
  • Refund requests received after the seven-day window will not be honored automatically. We may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
  • Renewal charges (the second and subsequent monthly or annual charges on a recurring subscription) are not refundable. Cancel the subscription before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

3. How to request a refund

You can request a refund in either of the following ways:

  • Self-serve: sign in to your tenant admin console and click the “Request refund” button next to the invoice in question on the /admin/billing page. Refunds initiated this way are processed automatically if the invoice is within the seven-day window.
  • By email: send a refund request to support@vhire.com from the email address registered on your tenant account, quoting your invoice number. We respond to refund requests within one (1) business day.

4. Refund timeline

Once a refund is approved, the funds are returned to the original payment method:

  • UPI / Net Banking / Wallets: typically 3-5 business days.
  • Credit / Debit Cards: typically 5-7 business days, subject to your card issuer’s processing time.
  • International cards: typically 7-10 business days.

Actual receipt of funds depends on your bank or card network. vHire does not control timelines once Razorpay has initiated the refund.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from /admin/billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access to paid features until then. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund of the most recent charge; if you also want a refund of the latest payment and you are within the seven-day window, request the refund using the methods above.

6. Disputes

If you are unable to obtain a refund through the channels above and believe a refund is owed, contact us at support@vhire.com before initiating a chargeback. We will work in good faith to resolve the issue within five (5) business days.
